Retention period of personal information.

In principle, users' personal information is destroyed or stored separately without delay when the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved. However, only for the following reasons, the information is stored and managed separately from other information for a certain period of time, and destroyed or stored separately without delay after the period specified below.

Website Data
Website Data is stored for 3 years from the date of logging for the purpose of reporting and managing queries and then destroyed or stored separately.
Job Application Archive
Job applications are kept for one year from the date of application and then destroyed or kept separately.
Complaints and Disputes Resolution
Subject to the following, if you request deletion of personal information, it will be destroyed or stored separately without delay.
We may be obliged to preserve the information even after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, we shall keep the user's information for a certain period of time as stipulated by the relevant laws and regulations (to a reasonable extent).

Retaining and Deleting Personal Information.

We retain your personal information for the duration of our service to you and will delete it after the purpose of the collection is achieved. OTHER PLAYERS AND USERS.

Social features are a core component of our games. Other players and users may, for example, see your profile data, in-game activities and read the messages you have posted.

PARTNERS WORKING FOR Poseidon.

Poseidon has partners to perform services for us. These partners process your data only at and according to Poseidon´s instructions to provide the Service, such as hosting, player support, advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.

Other companies and public authorities.

In order to combat fraud and illegal activity, we may exchange data with other companies and organizations and provide it to public authorities in response to lawful requests.

We may also disclose your data based on your consent, to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our players or others.

Advertising and Social Media partners.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Our Service is global by nature and your data can therefore be transferred to anywhere in the world. We will provide you a copy of your personal information in an electronic format upon request.
